Villa Valkea is a place for those who come to Lapland to experience something real: clean air, quiet forests, open fells and the simple comfort of a warm log cabin. Although Levi’s lively village is only a few kilometres away, life here feels immediately different. Step outside and the landscape opens up at once—trails, forest paths and fell views begin right from the doorstep.

At Villa Valkea, days follow their own rhythm. In late summer, you can pick berries for breakfast just outside the door while reindeer wander nearby. In winter, the surroundings grow still, and on clear nights the northern lights can be seen straight from the yard.

The fireplace is lit whenever you feel like it, after a day outdoors or during a slow afternoon inside. The sauna warms you up at the end of the day. And when you want to head out, you can simply take your skis and walk about ten minutes to the nearest lift.

Here, everything you need is close—but the feeling is that you’re out in nature.
